Policy for returning your Lingerie/Costumes

  • Product and manufacturer Labels  are still attached to the lingerie or costumes
  • The product or products have not been worn (except for sizing purposes)
  • The Lingerie or costume has not been damaged soiled or washed
  • The Lingerie or costume has not been altered or changed
  • The Lingerie or costume is returned with the original receipt that has been supplied to you
  • The Lingerie or costume is in the original packaging provided, any damaged to the package will  not be accepted eg torn or ripped
  • All the accessories provided with lingerie or costumes returned in original condition with packaging.

Please Note:

  • With Government health regulations  we cannot offer refunds for pantyhose, stockings, body-stockings, G-strings or panties that have been opened .
  • All Hosiery and packaged items have our own security seals, once the seal is broken, the item can no longer be returned to us.
  • Please wear a liner when trying on your lingerie intimates or an outfit that has a panty bottoms

If your product is defective, kindly reach out to our customer service team within 90 days of your purchase date.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect washing. It is crucial to adhere to the provided care instructions.

All adult products come with a 90-day warranty, although some may also include an extended manufacturer’s warranty. For detailed warranty information, please check the product’s page on our website or the warranty documentation included with your item.

If your item appears defective, contacting our customer support first allows us to assist you with troubleshooting and to offer specific instructions for making a warranty claim based on your situation.

Before reaching out to us, you might want to try the following troubleshooting tips:

For rechargeable products:

– Make sure the product is fully charged.

– Check if there’s an indicator light showing the charging status.

– Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn it on.

– If the product has multiple buttons, press them simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to potentially disable any travel lock.

For battery-operated products:

– Use the correct type of batteries.

– Ensure batteries are correctly inserted.

– Try using new batteries.

– Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn it on.

– For potential travel lock, if there are multiple buttons, press them simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to disable.

Changed Your Mind or Dissatisfied with the Product?

Due to the personal nature of our items, returns are not accepted for our adult products. We ensure that all such products are new, shipped directly from the manufacturer to our warehouse, and then to you. This policy includes:

– All sex toys

– Bondage items

– Novelties

– Essentials (e.g., lubricants, oils, and sexual aids).

Incorrect Size or Style? Unwanted Gift?

We accept returns for lingerie, costumes, and footwear up to 90 days after purchase if the item is unsuitable or not to your liking.

To initiate a return, request a Return Authorisation Number through the ‘Request a Return’ function in your My Account.

If you haven’t activated your My Account, please follow the steps in your order confirmation email.

For a return to be accepted, all items must:

– Be in their original, undamaged packaging/box (if applicable).

– Have tags intact and attached.

– Not be worn or used (except to try on for fit).

– Be free from damage or stains.

– Not be altered.

Exclusions for lingerie returns include latex wear, hosiery, and bodystockings.

Returns sent without a valid Return Authorisation Number will be sent back to the sender.

Standard shipping fees are applicable for all returns. Return shipping labels purchased through our Returns Portal are non-refundable for customers in Australia.


Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at purchase. It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund once issued.

Store Credit

– Store credit equals the amount paid for the item(s).

– Issued to the email address used for the order.

– Non-transferable to other accounts.

– Valid for 12 months; unused credit will expire after this period.

– Does not earn interest and is non-refundable.

– Any orders paid with store credit can only be refunded as store credit.


– Exchanges for a different size depend on stock availability.

– Exchanges involve adding store credit to your account and using it for a new purchase.

– Purchases made with store credit can only be exchanged for store credit, not refunded as cash.
